In December, Gifted Angels, a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, conducted a holiday donation drive, toy drive, and Angel Tree initiative in support of children and mothers in need served by Maryvale.
The purpose of this initiative was to provide age-appropriate gifts and essential items to children and mothers during the holiday season, supporting family well-being and addressing immediate needs through charitable outreach.
Program Overview
This holiday initiative was organized and executed over a 72-hour period in response to identified needs within the Maryvale community.
As part of the program, Gifted Angels:
- Coordinated a customized Amazon wish list based on needs identified by Maryvale
- Purchased requested items for children and mothers
- Hand-wrapped all donated items
- Delivered the gifts in person on Sunday, December 21
All activities were conducted by volunteers and aligned with Gifted Angels’ charitable mission.
Beneficiaries Served
This initiative supported:
- Children, including orphaned and at-risk youth
- Mothers and caregivers experiencing hardship
Items distributed included:
- Toys and gifts for children
- Practical and essential items for mothers
- Household and personal necessities appropriate to the season
The program was designed to ensure donations were distributed respectfully and directly to intended beneficiaries.
